Join Deb Phelps for Sacred Refuge: Rest & Receive, a 90-minute restorative experience designed to help you pause, release tension, and open to the healing power of stillness.

This deeply nourishing session combines:

🌿 Reiki Energy Healing infused with the compassionate presence of Medicine Buddha and Green Tara

🌧️ A Rainstick Cleansing Ritual to wash away stress and stagnant energy
