We are always pleased to welcome our friend and neighbor Andrew Griffith, of MicroMyco Mushroom Growers here in downtown Madison. We’ll feature his mushrooms in every course and he’ll share a few stories about urban mushroom farming.
* Antica mushroom parfait, bitter greens, bacon, grain mustard vinaigrette, grilled ciabatta
* Oyster mushroom bisque, shellfish broth, marinated oysters, golden caviar
* Seasonal fish, crisp mushrooms, Signature seasoned remoulade
* Breast of duck, Herbes de Provence, mushrooms, Madeira, brioche
* Mushroom & Armagnac custard, Pacific Smoke caramel, crème fraîche
