Kristin Erickson admits she’s a serial entrepreneur. When she’s not creating something new, she’s thinking about her next adventure and loves taking an idea from what she calls the yellow legal pad stage to reality. Kristin launched her own publishing company in 1992 and created eight magazines and six events over the next 17 years, including BRAVA magazine and the annual Women’s Expo.
Growing her business to gross $1.2 million dollars per year wasn’t always easy.
And on January 10, Kristin will join us to talk about her journey so far, what she’s doing now and why every entrepreneur will have days when they feel more like an “entremanure”. She says the key to survival is always having a shovel nearby.
