2026 Women’s Wellness Series: Ether Wellness

A weekly space to reconnect, restore, and realign.

Each month, Ether Wellness hosts a Women’s Wellness Series built around a guiding theme that supports women’s strength, balance, and well-being.

Across four Saturdays, we explore that theme through a rotating blend of movement, reflection, stillness, and education—offering different ways to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and gain insight into your health.

Some weeks focus on mindful movement or yoga, while others offer guided reflection or practical wellness education. Together, the series creates a space to slow down, tune in, and care for yourself in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Each session can be attended individually, or you can join the full four-week series for a deeper experience.

When: Saturdays 8:30-9:30 AM

Where: Ether Wellness | 25 N Pinckney St. Ste 310, Madison, WI

July-Aug Theme: Strong in Your Own Skin

A 4-week series focused on reconnecting with your body through strength, self-compassion, and embodiment.

• (7/11) Core + Pelvic Floor Connection: Building Trust with Your Body This signature session is designed to help you understand and truly feel your core, not just your abs, but the full system that supports your spine, breath, and pelvic floor.
Learn how breath, core engagement, and pelvic floor awareness can help you feel more connected, supported, and confident in your body from the inside out.
• (7/18) Reflection & Connection: The Stories We Carry A guided space to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and with others. Explore the messages you’ve received about your body, health, and worth over the years. Through guided reflection and supportive conversation, we’ll begin separating external expectations from what feels true for you.
• (7/25) Yin Yoga: Coming Home to Yourself This Yin Yoga session uses long held, supported postures to release tension, support joint and connective tissue health, and calm the nervous system. Slow down and give your body the space it’s been asking for; softening self-judgment, creating space in the body, and cultivating appreciation for all that your body does for you.
• (8/1) Mini-Workshop: Confidence Beyond the Mirror A practical discussion on body image, self-talk, aging, strength, and confidence. Learn simple tools to shift your focus from appearance-based goals toward feeling strong, capable, and at home in your body.

Aug-Sept Theme: Energy, Boundaries, + Balance A 4-week series designed to help you protect your energy, reduce overwhelm, and create more space for what matters most.
• (8/8) Core + Pelvic Floor Connection: Creating Stability from Within This signature session is designed to help you understand and truly feel your core, not just your abs, but the full system that supports your spine, breath, and pelvic floor.
Build foundational strength through breath, core, and pelvic floor work while exploring how physical stability can support emotional resilience and stress management.
• (8/15) Reflection & Connection: Where is Your Energy Going? Take inventory of the people, commitments, habits, and responsibilities that are drawing on your energy. Through guided reflection, identify what supports you and what may need to shift.
• (8/22) Yin Yoga: The Practice of Letting Go This Yin Yoga session uses long held, supported postures to release tension, support joint and connective tissue health, and calm the nervous system. Join us in quieting the mind, and creating space for rest, recovery, and renewal.
