Over these two hours, you’ll step away from the constant demands of daily life and create space to reconnect with what truly matters.

In this 2-hour virtual workshop, you will:

• Gain clarity on what is important
• Envision your future self
• Set meaningful goals
• Leave with practical action steps to create a more intentional, fulfilling life.

Through guided reflection and visualization, you’ll gain insight into your “future self” and translate that awareness into clear goals and practical next steps.

Together, we’ll explore where you are today, envision your future self, and identify the habits, mindset, and next steps that will help bridge the gap. You’ll leave with renewed focus, practical action steps, and greater confidence in moving toward a life that feels more intentional and fulfilling.

This workshop helps those who are:

• Feeling stuck or disconnected from what matters most
• Busy but not necessarily fulfilled
• Going through the motions without a clear sense of direction
• Struggling to turn vague desires into meaningful goals
• Knowing they want something different but not knowing where to start
• Experiencing a gap between who they are today and who they want to become
• Setting goals that don’t feel connected to their deeper values or identity
