Integrative Sound & Energy
Relax into a peaceful afternoon of Reiki and sound designed to support deep rest, balance, and renewal.
As soothing sound fills the space, Reiki energy will be gently shared throughout the session to encourage relaxation and promote a sense of calm, harmony, and well-being. Participants are invited to rest comfortably while immersed in grounding tones, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and restorative sound.
Throughout the experience, Carol Chapman will offer Reiki to each participant while Deb creates a calming and nurturing soundscape and at times walks gently through the room with instruments. Together, these practices create a supportive environment for rest, reflection, and energetic balance.
This session is intended to be gentle, calming, and supportive for both the nervous system and energetic body.

No experience with Reiki, meditation, or sound healing is necessary.
Participants will rest comfortably while Reiki and sound are offered throughout the space, creating an opportunity to slow down, soften, and receive.

$40 for Reiki Sound Bath
$50 for Reiki Sound Bath and Reiki Calm Aromatherapy Roll-on includes Bergamot, Lavender, Cedarwood, and Frankincense essential oils diluted in fractionated coconut oil. Infused with Reiki Energy. Created by Deb, a certified aromatherapist. ($10 is the special event price. Roll-on regularly retails for $12-15)
Energy Cleansing Sprays are available for $12 at the studio. This spray contains White Sage, Palo Santo, Lavender, and Lemon essential oils, small Clear Quartz and Amethyst crystals, diluted in witch hazel and distilled water.
PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTE EARLY so you have time to get settled and take part in our short selenite wand clearing ritual before we begin.

Limit is 5 participants.
We are use zero gravity chairs (250 lbs. limit) for our sessions. If you a need a yoga mat and props (included), please let us know in advance.
Carol Chapman will be providing our hands-off Reiki.
She also provides private Reiki sessions available at studio.
Deb will provide the sound bath.
She also provides private sessions in sound energy healing, mindfulness or spiritual coaching and meditation instruction.
