On the longest night of the year, we gather in warmth, candlelight, and quiet presence. This special Winter Solstice Sound Bath invites you to gently release the old and welcome the returning light within.

We’ll begin with a simple Solstice Intention Ritual—something gentle and meaningful to help you arrive, reflect, and open to the season’s quiet wisdom.

Then settle into deep rest as Deb moves lightly through the room, surrounding you with sound from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, monochord, and soft gong tones. The sound will move over and around the body, encouraging nervous system release and inner renewal.
