Holy Wisdom Monastery: Kids on the Prairie – Kids and Cameras

Kids on the Prairie explorations are for children and their adult family members. They are open to members of Holy Wisdom communities and the public. As we strive for awareness of the delicate balance that allows diverse forms of life to exist, we will learn about our role as humans who care for the earth.
July 13 – Kids and Cameras. Explore the land with a digital camera. Photograph your favorite things with Sandy Weber, professional photographer. We will have cameras for kids ages 6 and up. Registration for the photography part of the program is limited to 10 kids in that age group. Younger children are invited to explore with us.

Meet at the kiosk in the upper parking lot of Holy Wisdom Monastery. Plan on walking and exploring the nature trails. Dress for the weather. Our grounds are alive in song, insects and spring flowers. Long-pants with socks, closed shoes and hats are recommended. Bring water and snacks if you need them.
