Hi-Lo Gala Fundraiser: REAP Food Group

Street food meets fine dining bites from a lineup of Madison’s top chefs; a range of local libations including NA options; and music spanning from classical to classic party tunes.

“Celebration is one of REAP’s core values, and we believe it energizes and inspires our community to make meaningful change,” shares Noah Bloedorn, Interim Executive Director at REAP. “The Hi-Lo Gala is our way of celebrating the full spectrum of the food community we work with while raising essential funds to continue our efforts.”

Guests are encouraged to embrace the Hi-Lo theme with the dress code, whether they are “feeling formal, street chic, or a mashup of the two.” The event will showcase the talents of eight acclaimed Madison chefs, each preparing a unique dish for attendees: Adam Struebing, Evan Dannells, Francesca Hong, Dan Renderos, Gil Altschul, Andrew Wilson, Patrick Depula, and Lauren Montelbano. In addition to the chefs’ offerings and a grazing table, local drinks will be provided by Stateline Distillery, Ra!, and Herbiery.
