Eastside Tabletop Story Games: A Room of One’s Own Bookstore

Our group plays tabletop roleplaying games with story/narrative focus, heavy roleplay, or nontraditional structures and themes. In general, the rules of these games guide the players to use theater-of-the-mind, pencils, and paper to immerse themselves in a story improvised entirely at the table. Themes range from teenagers skateboarding through interdimensional portals to murder-mystery Golden Girls. You might embody young witches in their first exciting year at the academy or perhaps draw a map detailing how a community clings together after the collapse of civilization.

Come and meet others every Tuesday for an in-person, social gaming experience! Everyone is welcome, and folks new to tabletop games are especially encouraged and will be supported.
