Join Sam & Joe from Madison Cheese Boards in this interactive hands-on class. They will share their expert guidance on cutting and styling for your own mini charcuterie board! You will create your board on an eco-friendly palm leaf platter, that includes:
- Local Wisconsin cheeses
- Local meat from Driftless Provisions
- Local jam from Quince & Apple
- Local honey from Honey Acres
- Local candied pecans from Nutkrack
- And more fun accoutrements!
You will leave the class with a fully packaged, ready-to-eat charcuterie work of art that you can share.
