History

With a passion for health and education we started our business in 1995. Heather received her MS in Biology from the University of California at Irvine and taught biology courses at both University and high school levels.

Eric received a BS in Biology from the University of California at Irvine and has been a certified personal trainer since 1995.  He also has certifications in nutrition, weight management and senior fitness training.
