The Eldorado Grill presents an eclectic menu with real Southwestern character.  Specialties include Chile Rellenos, Catfish Mariposa, Seafood Enchiladas and the ever popular Texas Torpedos.  With a bar featuring 80 different tequilas and fresh squeezed lime juice, we are THE place for margaritas. 

Buying Local

As a locally owned restaurant in Madison, we believe in supporting other local growers and producers in our community.  By buying locally we are making an investment in businesses that support our community.  And it is the support of that community that has allowed the Eldorado Grill to establish itself within Madison's unique restaurant scene.

History

The Eldorado Grill first opened in the spring of 1998, as a part of the locally owned restaurant group Food Fight, Inc. Our comfortable restaurant has offered a very unique upscale twist on traditional Southwestern and Mexican fares to the Madison community for years.
