Buying Local

You might ask what is local about Arbonne. The first reason is that once I started my Arbonne business it became local. It is a word of mouth business and the money I earn stays in the community. The second reason is that I started this business to help support my non-profit, African Youth Outreach (AYO, also a member of Dane Buy Local). My husband and I run AYO out of our home and support educational programs in Dane county and South Africa. When we buy local as often as possible to fill the needs of our businesses and AYO sells products at many local vendors. One of the other reasons I started my Arbonne business was to give other charities a way to raise funds. This can be done through hosting a presentation or using the business opportunity to raise funds for your charity of choice. I am offering to give a percentage of my proceeds from a party hosted to raise funds for a different cause. The benefactor must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit, the party must be hosted by someone other than me, and there must be a minimum of five guests. I will give scheduling preference to charities that help the local community.

History

I started my Arbonne business because I was looking for new ways to create streams of income for my non-profit organization, African Youth Outreach (AYO). I had never dreamed that I would ever build a business like this, but I guess I had never found a product that I believed in as much as Arbonne. My husband and I just had a little boy and my desire to have more time with my family made me realize that Arbonne was right for me. I am excited at the opportunities I will have to do great things, locally and globally, with the money I raise with my business. It is great to think that someone now has an opportunity to purchase a product that is pure, safe, and beneficial and help others at the same time!!!

My goal is to build a team of likeminded people that believe in pure, safe, and beneficial products and helping others. Right now I have a small team working with me along with a strong network available for training and support.
